Great video John!
It’s great to hear your perpective on a “nice” culture. It makes perfect sense that if you set clear, specific expectations and goals, then hold yourself and your team, as a team, accountable; you can be successful in a “nice” environment. I think most people are much more effective and engaged in a friendly and family-like environment vs. a ruthless, aggressive, “me vs. you” situation. I left a company after 12 years of 100% dedicated service and pride because in year 11, “me vs. you” was replacing the team approach that I thrived in.
